Ability to talk to a real person.

There are some problems a subscriber may have that require the ability to talk to a live person. I have been running the short scans but have not been able to see how to run a total system scan. When I pull up the available scan list the system scan shows as an option but I have found no way to activate it. A live person may be able help. I am a reasonably intelligent person but I need help.

Offers more than PC Matic and others. However, I get a popup to close Edge Browser and it is not on. Not even on startup. So it can be improved. So far it is nearly five star.

Seems to make light work of scanning files and providing notifications. I wish it was less pushy with sales notifications though.

My computer is safe with Total AV. It is always working behind the programs. I really like this app.
Easy to setup and use on all my devices.

My only complaint is the VPN is constantly turning off. I have to remind myself to turn it on before going onto the web.
