Customer service sucks

The software is great but the customer service leaves ALOT to be desired.
Yes they reply in a timely manner however it is a serious struggle to get changes made to your account.
Example: when I signed up I selected the anti virus pro which was great. Then it took me to the add ons. I didn’t notice that I had selected a 2 additional ad ons until it took me to my invoice. I immediately emailed the billing email & laid out my accident and asked them kindly to cancel the additional services & return my money. Easy, simple a chimp could do it.
The first reply I got basically it would be a shame to cancel the service & laid out details of how they were protecting my computer. I replied back stating I don’t want to cancel the ...显示更多

I'm just trying the 3-month version, as to there is just too many other programs offered, that it can get confusing and also very expensive. I have received an email for AV with munch needed explanation on this program. This email came even before I had completed the loading of this software, which I consider excellent customer serviservice.

I have used TotalAV for a few years now and I have recently upgraded my MacBook Air to Ventura and, since then, each time I open TotalAV I get a message stating that my "Real Time' protection is disabled! Despite following the instructions to enable it, I have been unable to do so and am very disappointed with TotalAV because of thet.

Operating well but still some difficulty at startup, service does not open. No answer from support after solicitation !

Ritengo ottime le prestazioni antivirus di TotalAV. Le sto provando adesso, a qualche ora dall'acquisto della promozione stessa. Buoni risultati e una informazione corretta, lineare e propositiva. Punteggio personale 5 stelle!

I didn't realize I had automatic renewal with PayPal only after I got notification TotalAV had taken over 200 euro, which I couldn't really afford especially considering the economic crisis today and last time it was less than 80 euro.
Summing up its good, very good but for me not 200 euro good needless to say I won't be renewing again
