Dark Web not working

I like the program but I keep getting a message that says "Dark Web monitoring disabled" and when I click to turn it on nothing happens. Idk what's going on with it.

I love this app I could receive the wifi in my home office when I set up the Total AV vpn, but recently the vpn has a trouble to connecting, so I can't have WIFI on my iphone11 because the hacker being blocking me... I hope the Total AV could be more stronger.
